In today’s comic we are reminded of how most of us get swallowed by consumerism. I used to know guys in the army who had $50,000 trucks and they were buying new ones for $80,000. Why? His buddy did it. It was the thing to do. Consider this revolutionary question: Do you really NEED that new item? If not, bank the cash. Set up an investment plan. Watch it grow. Get rich. Or stay on the paycheque to paycheque treadmill. It’s your life.
