Hi Martoons fan!
Today’s cartoon is from the sketchpad of marty west, scribbled in situ on a hiking trail, after seeing just off the trail another little green (or was it blue) plastic bag filled (presumably) with doggie cake.
Maybe now if you see such a bag you will laugh …
