The Jumbo Jim mushroom grows out of trees. These ones were harvested right after a heavy rain, when the mushrooms had freshly burst out of the tree. To see the spore print of this mushroom, go back to the previous posting on this website. The blue pen at the right side of the frame gives you an idea how big these mushrooms were! (No, by the way, they are not edible.)
