Hi Martoons fan, and perhaps new gym fanatic??!!

Okay so you are starting a new fitness regime. You want results fast, right?

So you go to the gym and it’s miserable. You are weak, can’t lift hardly anything, and your range of motion is pitifully small.

So you finish up and quit.

Wait a minute! You said you wanted results fast, right? Well you just got them. All that pain and self-loathing is your first result.

Head back to the gym a second time and keep up the good work. You’ll be loving it soon.
