Thomas Rawling did this re-draw of the original MT#145 (2018).

Ever noticed how things are constantly being spruced up for image and appearance however very often the underlying product or service is either same old-same old or worse.

But, really, most of the time what choice do you have?

You can read the body language of the desk lady in this image: “They don’t pay me enough to provide much more service than basically sitting here checking my personal messages.”

All is not lost though. If one of the distraught customers REALLY has a concern, they will prevail.
