Hi mARToons fan!

Today’s topic is gyms.

I get to see a lot of gyms these days. I am on part 2 of a road trip across part of Canada and back.

Driving takes its toll on the brain so to keep it functioning, I hit a gym whenever possible.

Today’s gym was Lakehead University’s in Thunder Bay.

The school has a pool and two weight rooms, and an indoor track in a building called “The Dome”.

I never miss some form of daily fitness.

There must be a thousand and one excuses NOT to go to a gym, but there haven’t been too many days in the last few decades when I made one of those excuses.
