Hi mARToons fan!

The excitement of travel led to today’s puzzle.

I was visiting my old hometown of Toronto in the fall and on the 407 Highway as I neared the city, spotted this roller coaster off to the left.

I deftly weaved my way through traffic and parked in a nearby neighborhood.

That was followed by a 10-minute walk where I greeted a few neighbors and then located a vantage point for today’s puzzle photos.

The timing had to be immaculate as the roller coasted was only in the perfect spot for a split second, then I’d have to wait about 3 minutes for another shot.

After getting most of the photos, I still needed one more. “If only I could get through this gate (see the mini photo at the top left)…”

So I stood there wondering what to do, when a cop car came down to the gate, beeped in, and drove through – and took off to attend to other matters.

There it was – an open gate right in front of me.

That’s what you call an opportunity thrown right into your lap.
