Consumer trucks seem to get bigger and bigger.
My late dad, R. S. “Bud” West (1924-2013) worked at General Motors for many years, during the 1950s to 1980.
He remarked many years after, “If you had told me back then that vehicles would be as big as they are today, I’d have told you were crazy.”
Are we crazy?
