Hi clickmartoons fan and enlightened member of the public!

Apparently, according the the military, “historical sexual assault” is somehow different than any other sexual assault. The implication is that it is less serious because it was a long time ago. Yet isn’t it also true that emotions can fester over time if not resolved, so from the point of view of the recipient of the sexual assault, it actually gets worse as time goes on and isn’t resolved. Hopefully the jury (and the media, which now seems to have taken up the absurd “historical sexual assault” category) will see through this devilish word trickery and evaluate the act for what it was in and of itself, not affected by WHEN it happened. -Editor
