There should be law requiring public establishments to provide washrooms. The worst offenders are the banks. Have you ever seen a washroom in a bank? Some of the grocery stores have them and that’s good. And don’t forget: It’s not just a convenience. Talk to an old guy with a prostate condition – he CANNOT hold it in!
