Hi mARToons fan!
Here at mARToons, I believe even smokers need love.
Today’s cartoon reminds me of my days in Korea as an English teacher (1995-2000).
Most Korean men smoke and they have/had this funny way of asking permission to smoke.
They’d light up first and then ask, “Do you mind if I smoke?”
Funny.
