Hi mARToons fan! One thing I wonder when I see a person

with some fabulous tattoos is … “Is it okay to approach them

and ask if you can take a closer look at their artwork?” Is that

rude? I think most onlookers are afraid to ask so they sneak

peaks when the walking art gallery isn’t looking. But why not

ask and, if permission is granted, you can do your inspection

and maybe even generate a conversation. So important in

today’s alienated society.
